About the role

Manage ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Prepare and review budgets, estimates, bids, and project schedules.

Cook up and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

Monitor project costs, profitability, change orders, and risk management.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Support preconstruction efforts and assist with estimating as needed.

Travel periodically to project sites throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong experience managing ground-up retail construction projects.
  • Estimating and preconstruction experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Knowledge of construction software, scheduling tools, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be local to the Atlanta, GA market.
