Project Manager - Retail Construction

Job Description

Manage retail construction projects from planning through closeout. Lead all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. Monitor project costs and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Assist with project forecasting and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong experience managing ground-up retail construction projects preferred.
• Experience with interior renovations, remodels, and tenant improvement projects.
• Prioritization of project budgets and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
