About the role

Manage all stages of construction projects to deliver them on time and within budget.

Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor key milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Keep detailed project documentation, including budgets and schedules.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RPA, or equivalent.
