Project Manager (ERP Systems)

About the role

Location: Remote (U.S.). This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale ERP implementation related project. The ideal candidate has strong experience leading complex financial services projects and can quickly assess project health, establish credibility, and drive successful outcomes within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess project status, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall health upon engagement.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead execution across business and technology workstreams.
• Facilitate project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners.
• Support delivery within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall framework.
• Oversee Scrum team execution, sprint planning, and dependency management.
• Escalate and resolve blockers impacting project schedules and deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Ensure project objectives remain aligned with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive consensus and decision-making across cross-functional groups.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
