  • Coordinate testing, cutover planning, downtime/readiness activities, and transition to ongoing support
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between the health system and Epic throughout the migration

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large, complex healthcare IT projects
  • Strong project management fundamentals with demonstrated ability to manage highly technical, cross-functional initiatives
  • Epic or large-scale EHR experience strongly preferred, particularly experience managing projects involving Epic infrastructure, upgrades, technical readiness, or other enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience working with infrastructure, networking, security, data center, hosting, or other technical teams highly desirable
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into actionable plans, risks, dependencies, and executive-level updates
  • Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to take ownership of a project and independently drive it forward

Nice to Have

  • Epic infrastructure, technical, upgrade, or implementation experience
  • Experience with large-scale hosting, data center, infrastructure modernization, or cloud-related initiatives
