Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination for Epic Go‑Live, Hypercare, and Command Center operations.
• Develop and manage the overall Go‑Live support and operational readiness plan, including key milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
• Design and coordinate Go‑Live support models, including ticketing processes, incident triage, escalation workflows, and issue‑resolution procedures.
• Partner with Epic application teams, IT operations, clinical and operational leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure Go‑Live readiness.
• Establish processes and best practices for incident management, problem management, and service delivery during Go‑Live and stabilization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced, highly visible implementation environment.
• Develop operational reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive‑level communications related to readiness, issues, risks, and Go‑Live performance.
• Facilitate Go‑Live planning meetings, readiness reviews, Command Center activities, and post‑Go‑Live transition efforts.
• Support the transition from implementation and Hypercare into the organization’s long‑term production support model.

Required Experience

• Significant project management experience supporting large‑scale healthcare technology implementations.
• Experience supporting five or more Epic Go‑Lives.
• Experience leading or playing a key leadership role in Epic Go‑Live, Hypercare, and/or Command Center operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), incident management, problem management, and service delivery best practices.
• Experience developing support models, ticketing processes, escalation workflows, and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams across technical, clinical, and operational workstreams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies in a high‑pressure Go‑Live environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale Epic implementations and complex healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is preferred.
• Must have experience leading or playing a key leadership role in Epic Go‑Live, Hypercare, and/or Command Center operations.
• No third‑party (3rd Party) placements or Corp‑to‑Corp (C2C) arrangements.

Schedule

Hybrid work model – 60 % remote, 40 % onsite. 12‑month contract.
