Project Manager Electrical Signage (Signage/Construction Experience)

Position Summary

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Review proposals and request part numbers.
• Prepare art requests for in-house design team.
• Prepare estimates and sales orders in Job Scope.
• Create and monitor job folders and project tracking spreadsheet.
• Provide weekly report to management on quote activity and project completion.
• Prepare project release checklists, sales order and drawing packages for handoff to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years project coordinator experience or equivalent in a support role.
• Must be able to read and have general understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
• Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic workplace.

Job Details

The pay scale for this position depends on qualifications, most likely range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr.
