Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycle for mid- to large-scale electrical construction projects, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution, schedule, and financial performance.
- Lead pre-planning, subcontracting, change order pricing, and coordination efforts while supporting field leadership to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage client relationships, contractual scope, and communication to drive successful outcomes and repeat business.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and variance reporting to ensure projects remain on track.
- Partner with superintendents, APMs, and internal departments to allocate resources, mitigate risk, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, with demonstrated ownership of complex scopes.
- Strong electrical technical aptitude, including the ability to understand systems, pricing change orders, and support field execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, often totaling $10M+ in combined project value.
- Prominent ability to build client relationships and lead diverse project teams with autonomy and accountability.
- Background in industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial electrical work strongly preferred.
