Project Manager - Durango - Commercial Construction - Open to relo

About the role

Based locally from their Durango Office, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project oversight and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied. You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that encourages repeat business from the client.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver commercial construction projects valued at $5M+
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with field personnel to maintain project schedules
• Interface with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Report to internal stakeholders and maintain professional client relationships

Requirements

• Commercial construction experience on projects valued at $5M or more
• Strong tenure in previous roles
• Wide portfolio of project experience (Commercial, Education, Municipal, etc.)
• A growth mindset and desire to build a career in construction
• A true passion for construction
