How You’ll Contribute

• Responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through closing phases.
• Oversee and perform project management functions on all client site projects, budgets, and scopes.
• Act as the responsible person on assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities.
• Provide direction to a wide range of internal and external personnel.

Location

Remote (U.S.-based); preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (EST/CST).

What You’ll Do Daily

• Project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from/for other departments, and overseeing the completion of projects to client expectation or better.
• Completing systems integration projects on time, on budget, and achieving high customer satisfaction from our customers.
• Managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders.
• Supporting and assisting team members as needed to help them be successful and get the job done.
• Providing and/or directing technical and administrative support to project team members.
• Developing and maintaining all related project schedules.
• Documenting all issues with site and keeping everyone informed of potential issues and solutions.
• Cooking all drawings and documentation between all internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating and directing design reviews to assure proper documentation in the field.
• Coordinating all system programming and final checkout of systems.
• Providing punch-list of remaining tasks after substantial completion.
• Coordinating training & turnover of projects to client, service department, & sales.

Physical Demands

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis.
• The environment may include hospital and medical facilities.
• The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades, AV or digital signage.
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in "Digital Rapid Deployment" rollout preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated pleasant professional demeanor.
• A solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM.
• Lenet Certification knowledge.
• Genetec Certification knowledge.
• Avigilon Certification knowledge.
