Project Manager -Digital Banking

5 days a week in the office Contract to hire Local Only Location: New York, NY Role Overview Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead client-facing, large scale implementations on the Platform. In this role, you will define the scope, prioritize competing deliverables, manage client expectations, and lead the orchestration and onboarding clients. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Product, Development, and Sales to deliver value that directly contributes to the success of our company. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor who can work across teams and functions to influence other product areas with experience in Delivering digital banking systems. You have a real passion for problem solving and enjoy using technology to improve processes. The role requires someone comfortable with operating in a highly dynamic environment, who thrives on navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems. Key Responsibilities Manage full project life cycle, including project definition, scope, resource planning, business analysis, technical design, development, testing, training, and migration to productionCommunicate effectively through various mediums, and across all levels and client organizations, to ensure transparent status reporting, change management and issues resolutionCoordinate and proactively manage internal teams’ activities as they relate to client projectsMinimize Project Risk through pragmatic and collaborative removal of blockers and/or issuesLead client relationships, building strong relationships across client organizations, including C-suiteMatrix Manage project team resources, assuming full ownership of successful project completion and client satisfactionContribute to evolution of Project Management Office, sharing and educating on best practices, documentation and tools Qualifications 7+- years of experience delivering Software as a Service platform solutionsDemonstrable record of client implementationsExperienced in installing and delivering Digital banking systems, preferably commercialHands on experience with budget management, RAID logs, and executive level status reportingExperience working with clients and managing client facing projectsExcellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skillsExperience managing development teams and working in global teamsTeam player, friendly and can adjust to changing priorities with aplombPositive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationshipsProactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills5 days a week in office in NYCCollaborate in-person with teams at our New York City office to drive initiatives Preferred Skills And Experience Project Management CertificationScrum Certification
