Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Manage the complete development process, including preconstruction, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Apply strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and change order management.
  • Use construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
  • Travel periodically to project sites as needed.
  • Deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
  • Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently within a hybrid work environment.

Pay

$95,000 - $125,000 per year
