Responsibilities
- Oversight of all construction project aspects from planning to implementation
- Allocation of resources for assigned projects
- Supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Communication with clients, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Management, estimation, and negotiation of budgets with contractors
- Hiring of contractors
- Maintenance of high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction management or related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
