About the role
Responsible for overseeing project design and construction phases, ensuring all projects meet client specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project design and construction phases
- Ensure all projects meet client specifications and deadlines
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Understanding of sustainable design practices
