Project Manager - Deep Foundations (New York)

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects
• Lead project delivery from mobilisation through completion
• Maintain client relationships and attend project meetings
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site operations
• Monitor project budgets, schedules and profitability
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to team development
• Support the continued growth and scaling of the business

Requirements

• 3+ years' project management experience within foundations, geotechnical construction, heavy civil or concrete construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing clients and project teams
• Ability to work both in the field and office environment
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
