About the role
Top National General Contractor seeking experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to join their growing team. Locations available in San Antonio, TX, Boyce, LA, Castroville, TX, Meridian, MS, and Philadelphia, MS.
Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 per year

Requirements
- 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
- 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360)
- OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required
