This opportunity is with a medium-sized General Contractor in the Commercial Construction Industry. They have been in business over 10 years and complete over $80M in annual revenue and growing. Executive team has over 100+ years of combines experience in construction services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects for correctional facilities from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Cookordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in this sector and working in occupied spaces is required.
• Report to their local office in the Atlanta metro and visit the job site overnight 1x a week.
• All travel expenses and per diem would be required for this role.
