  Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and production plans.
  • Cookordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Cookordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance requirements.

  Estimating & Insurance Coordination

  • Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate.
  • Work with insurance carriers, adjusters, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Manage supplements, change orders, and scope revisions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
  • Set and manage customer expectations.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and next steps.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

  Quality Control

  • Perform routine inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
  • Maintain detailed job notes, photos, and project documentation.
  • Verify completion of work prior to project closeout.

  Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of restoration, reconstruction, or construction project management experience.
  • Xactimate estimating experience required.
  • A strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
  • The ability to read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including restoration and construction job sites.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary.
