Role Overview The Project Manager - Construction leads the execution of complex, technical projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. They coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and clients to deliver projects aligned with standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases from planning to closeout, maintaining project objectives and standardsOversee site coordination, subcontractor performance, and safety cultureHandle scope, budget, schedule, change orders, RFIs, procurement, and reportingLead subcontractor and trade partner management, issue resolution, and productivity trackingMaintain clear client communication, fostering trust and long-term relationshipsCollaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve constructability issuesEnsure financial performance through cost forecasting and risk management Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldAt least five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably in large-scale industrial or complex facilitiesProven ability to manage field execution, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client interactionsStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, RFIs, change orders, and cost/schedule managementEffective leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with heavy construction, renovations, or greenfield projects is preferredRelevant certifications such as PMP, LEED, or CCM are advantageous but not required Additional Details The role demands a construction-first mindset, proactive decision-making, and collaboration across multiple teams.
