Responsibilities

  • Process all projects related to Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI’s, and Change Orders.
  • Manage multiple transportation-related construction projects at once.
  • Review, track, and markup Construction Schedules.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Chair meetings.
  • Interface with clients and contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of construction-related experience and two (2) years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
  • Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and skill set.
