About the role
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of projects, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and quality standards. They work closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Manage the project process to meet client expectations, including client meetings, design reviews, and scheduling.
- Team Management: Supervise the project team, coordinate tasks, and ensure proper training for team members.
- Task Management: Lead client interfaces, prepare scopes of work, and oversee construction progress.
- High Level Competencies: Manage multiple projects, handle complex projects, and strategize for both shell construction and fit-out projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of field and project management experience.
- Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated project management abilities, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $104,100.00 - $156,100.00 USD, with final compensation determined by various factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
