Project Manager - Commercial Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in either Ohio or Indiana.
• Responsible for overall project execution including financial performance, scheduling and client communication.
• Work closely with field leadership and internal teams.

Requirements

• Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with ground up or large scale renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials and safety practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
