Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors
- Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks
- Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software
- Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software
