Job Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customer and crews to ensure complete understanding of project scope.
- Ensure smooth roll-out for client installs.
- Coinciding sub-contractors as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee HVAC and mechanical installations for commercial restaurant and retail construction projects, including remodels, build-outs, and national rollouts.
- Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to execute multi-site restaurant and retail installations, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Facilitate purchasing of needed materials.
- Understanding of jobsite protocols specific to project and site.
- Ensuring quality of workmanship from crew.
- May perform surveys and estimate jobs.
- Able to recognize problems outside of scope and effectively address with customer.
- Performing duties with minimal supervision.
- Meetings with customers and store personnel to review projects.
- Reporting crew performance issues to General Manager.
- Able to schedule crews to meet customer timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, purchase logs, expense reimbursement forms, and other documentation.
- Update company software systems.
Managing and Developing Customer Relationships
- Build & maintain ongoing rapport with key individuals at customer locations.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Attend regularly scheduled conference calls, company meetings, and trade shows.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in General Contracting.
- Experience in managing multi-site national rollouts.
- Experience leading restaurant and retail construction projects involving HVAC systems, refrigeration, lighting upgrades, and related mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience managing or supporting energy efficiency projects, retrofits, or upgrades across multi-location portfolios.
- Ability to assess mechanical and electrical systems in the field, identify installation risks or performance issues, and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Experience with Commercial Facility Improvements.

- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures.
- 5 years of experience leading restaurant commercial HVAC installations preferably in the retail or restaurant industries.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Extremely Organized.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Access to reliable transportation to reach customer locations.
- Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of time.
Physical Demands
- Moves about the work site working around people and equipment.
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs.
- Operates tools or equipment.
- Positions self to install or remove equipment, including maneuvering in small spaces.
- Frequently communicates with customers and co-workers while performing job tasks.
