General Responsibilities
- Support Senior Project Managers in planning, directing, and delivering construction projects.
- Aid in forecasting, reporting, documentation, and communication across teams.
- Help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- May manage smaller projects under supervision.
Essential Duties
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet owner and company goals.
- Afford assistance with forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Utilize effective processes, technology, and teamwork to ensure project efficiency.
- Manage small projects as assigned, with oversight.
- Build and support client relationships and identify future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project and company objectives.
- Provide mentoring support to field and project staff as appropriate.
- Participate in industry events and represent the company professionally.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Basic understanding of construction project management.

Education / Experience
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study preferred.
- Specific training and education focused on the construction project management discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer with M-K or a commercial general contracts construction company preferred.
