About the role
Be one of the first names on the roster as Hagerman launches in Northwest Indiana. This isn't stepping into someone else's playbook—you'll help write it. Now we're bringing that legacy to Northwest Indiana, and we're looking for a Project Manager who wants a hand in shaping what this office becomes.
Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management, from design alignment through closeout
- Client, architect, engineer, and trade partner relationships that keep projects moving
- Schedules, budgets, and reporting, with clear updates to stakeholders every step of the way
- Procurement, contract negotiation, and on-time material and service delivery
- Leadership and direction for subcontractors and internal field staff
- Risk identification and resolution before small issues become big ones
- A collaborative, safety-first culture on every jobsite
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Solid grasp of construction methods, sequencing, and PM best practices
- Proficiency with Procore, CMiC, ASTA, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Sharp problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- An entrepreneurial streak and excitement about building something from the ground up
