Project Manager- Commercial/Industrial Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Little Rock Area. This role offers long-term development and exposure to both ground-up and interior renovation construction within industrial, healthcare, and other commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects over $20 million.
• Direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
• Create material take-offs and interpret blueprints.
• Utilize marketing and presentation skills.
• Maintain high organization, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing commercial projects over $20 million.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field (preferred but not required).
• Diverse project background, particularly in commercial projects.
• Experience overseeing Big Box retail projects (both ground-up and interiors).
• Experience with Steel Frame and CMU builds.
