Responsibilities
- Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation construction projects
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance
- Manage project schedules, including baseline development and updates
- Understand construction contracts, scopes of work, and change order management
- Coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics
- Manage subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate and lead effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Use construction management software and project controls tools
- Manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

A well-established commercial construction firm delivering complex ground-up and renovation projects across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, industrial, civic, and large-scale private developments. Projects typically involve multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and a high level of coordination across trades and disciplines.
