Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to field foremen and employees, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Review and approve purchase orders for each project, ensuring materials and resources are properly managed.
  • Cookordination work crews to ensure adequate coverage of field employees on each project.
  • Work through conflicts with clients and employees, resolving issues quickly and maintaining project timelines.
  • Review, prepare, and correct monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Complete take-offs from drawings, preparing accurate estimates for projects.
  • Hire and staff field employees, ensuring the right talent is placed on each project.
  • Maintain project contract documents, including submittals and change orders, to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Process, approve, and code invoices related to project expenses.
  • Process field employee time cards on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate payroll submissions.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed on-site.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial drywall, framing, and construction field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with construction software such as ProCore, PlanGrid, Foundation, OST, and Quick Bid.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
