Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle including preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules; drive look-ahead planning with superintendents
- Select, negotiate, contract, and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients to foster long-term relationships
- Produce and manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, pay applications, and project reporting
- Cookordination closely with field teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution
- Identify risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain project performance
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience (ground-up required)
- Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, and cost controls
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Excel, Procore, and MS Project
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Established network of subcontractors and industry relationships preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are a plus
