Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing retail or similar fast-paced project types preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project execution
- Proficiency with tools like Procore, Excel, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High sense of urgency and ownership mentality
- Willingness to travel as needed
