Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation process for complex life science instrumentation including successful delivery and installation of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of instrumentation and successful installation/training for customers
  • Preparing customers for successful implementations and communicating project milestones to customers
  • Building productive, proactive relationships by engaging with members across different functions of the organization including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Field Service, and Field Applications to ensure project timelines stay on track
  • Prioritizing multiple projects at any given time and establishing long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact following product sale
  • Identifying customer needs to educate and promote value-added services that support long-term customer success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science discipline
  • Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in Sales Operations or Customer Support
  • Experienced in a customer-facing support role
  • Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: 20% travel, overnight, within North America
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Essential Requirements

  • Previously held a Project Management Accreditation such as PMP or Prince 2
  • Experience in the Life Science industry with Lab Automation instrumentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Apps and DBS tools such as PSP, value stream mapping, and process flow charts
  • Experience with networking (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting), Windows security (Active Directory, Group Policy, access control), and exposure to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
  • Familiarity with supporting secure, reliable systems in regulated or operational environments
