About the Opportunity:The PROJECT MANAGER, CLIENT SERVICES is responsible for overseeing eDiscovery cases by managing workflows across multiple operational departments. This role ensures that project requests related to litigation are executed efficiently and meet quality standards before client delivery. The position is critical for maintaining clear communication on scope and deadlines, managing work queues, and supporting process improvements to enhance overall service delivery. Responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery processes, market competitors, and supporting toolsDevelop thorough understanding of organizational workflows and critical pathsCommunicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholdersManage the work request queue within the assigned teamParticipate in process improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned Requirements:Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or JD preferredMinimum of 4 years work experience, with at least 2 years in eDiscoveryRequired experience with Relativity softwarePMP certification is a plusStrong analytical and logical skillsProficient project management skills, including interpretation of diverse instructionsAbility to adapt to changing workloads Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
