About the role
Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Oversee design and construction phases
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Communicate progress and issues to project sponsors and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CAD/Civil 3D software

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
