About the role
Lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop project plans and manage budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CAD software (optional but beneficial)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
