About the role
Lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and state building codes and regulations.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
