Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for an immediate opening. The Project Manager will track project finances. Approving invoices, work hours, quantities, and filling out monthly WIP’s. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Attend Preconstruction/Kick Off MeetingsAttend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and the required contents of projectsReview proposed specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and the required contents of the estimateGather quotes, print drawings, count, take-off estimating, and respond to RFIs and RFQsProfessionally interact with customers, other trades, general contractors, and internal staffProvide Construction Services with up-to-date CAD drawingsAssist with the assembly of shop drawings as per project requirementsKeep an updated status of quoted items, subcontractors, and equipment purchase ordersComplete paperwork and reports, such as weekly reportsPrepare clean, full-size, and half-size prints for other Project Managers, Field Foreman, and Construction ServicesTrack department estimates and assist in the submittal processCoordinate with other divisions as neededAssist in project closeout, including submission of warranty information, as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manualsMaintain good relationships with customers both internally and externallyCreate and maintain the project schedule.Coordinate manpower needs with field supervisionTrack labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costsUnderstand contract terms & risk management.Schedule manpower and subcontractors using Microsoft Project or similar.Ability to work on multiple projectsTravel is required Qualifications Degree in Construction, Construction Management, or a combination of experience and education.Previous experience in large-scale, fast-paced construction projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Bluebeam Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy, solid communication skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, positive initiative and judgment, the ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines, and the ability to multitask with tact and consideration.
