Responsibilities

• Support Business Development in pursuing new work (RFP responses, conceptual estimating, presentations/interviews).
• Partner with preconstruction to develop budgets and engage with clients through design phases.
• Lead Project Engineers; coordinate closely with and support the Superintendent.
• Manage the budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes of projects.
• Oversee document control processes (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change management).
• Resolve field issues in coordination with the Superintendent.
• Maintain clear understanding of subcontractor scope and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management focused on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Solid organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
