Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities

  • Affirms full responsibility for assigned construction projects, ensuring project quality, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Collaborates with post-sale work order processes for all assigned accounts/Account Executives.
  • Secures necessary information to properly process work orders.
  • Evaluates estimates for completeness, hours, materials, and subcontract costs.
  • Determines the necessity and scope for detailed drawings/set-up drawings and initiates all work with detailing.
  • Assigns labor and materials by department codes to all quoted and time-and-materials (T&M) work orders.
  • Writes purchase order requisitions for direct purchase materials.
  • Utilizes technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Requires an Associate’s degree and/or 5 or more years of industry-based experience.
  • Must have experience with advanced woodworking techniques and electrical implementation.
  • Needs a strong understanding of basic electrical requirements and the ability to read blueprints.
  • Should possess good financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have the ability to travel to show-sites to oversee installation and dismantling efforts, as needed.

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $74,000.00 to $95,000.00 Annually.
