Project Manager (BOND Building)
Core Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of project-related cost management
- Aid in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule
- Maintain and collaborate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones
- Analyze workload and staffing levels proactively and address issues related to manpower
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication of schedules, financials, and construction progress
- Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements
- Inform management with monthly cost reports, including labor, subcontractor, and risk forecasting
- Contribute to the development, tracking, and completion of the project QA/QC program
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction process, estimates, plans, and specifications
- Experience with estimating and bidding, including junior estimator duties
- Proven client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Ability to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and BOND employees
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and provide accurate deliverables
- Robust knowledge of scheduling, document management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and proficiency with Coins and BIM 360

- Expected salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 per year, with actual compensation varying based on experience, skills, and qualifications
