About the role

Project Manager opportunity with a Triad-based commercial General Contractor. The company has a steady stream of work from repeat clients. Ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects at once in the $1M–$15M range. Primary markets are retail, restaurant, and light industrial. Relocation candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from $1M to $15M.

Requirements

• 8–25 years of project-management experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record on retail, restaurant, and light-industrial projects.

Pay

$110,000 – $135,000 per year.
