Responsibilities
- Cook up and maintain project plans while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to drive execution and remove roadblocks.
- Monitor progress, communicate project status, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Help deliver measurable business outcomes through disciplined project execution and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of project coordination, Scrum Master, PMO, or project management experience.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Naturally curious with a passion for learning and solving problems.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, drives action, and consistently follows through without leadership oversight.
- Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required. CSM, CAPM, or PMP (or progress toward certification) is a plus.
Pay
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 *flexible based on experience*
