Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs supporting Auto Lending product strategy, launches, and enhancements
- Partner closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to execute product campaigns and business initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison between Auto Lending Product, Marketing, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Cook up vendor relationships, partnership activities, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams
- Maintain project progress, provide executive-level status reporting, and proactively manage risks and issues
- Support product go-to-market strategies and campaign execution for new consumer lending initiatives
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Utilize project management tools, including Asana, to manage workstreams, reporting, and resource planning
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for strategic initiatives
- Foster continuous process improvement while ensuring projects align with organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience
- Experience within a financial institution, credit union, or consumer banking organization
- Experience supporting Auto Lending products, consumer lending, or retail banking initiatives
- Proven experience launching new financial products, campaigns, or strategic business initiatives
- Strong experience partnering with Marketing organizations on cross-functional programs
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across highly matrixed organizations
- Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party partnerships, and contract negotiations
- Strong organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Experience with Asana or similar project portfolio management tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent follow-up and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting automobile lending or indirect lending products
- Experience working within Credit Union environments
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience supporting product marketing, campaign management, or customer acquisition initiatives
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification
- Experience working with executive leadership on enterprise transformation initiatives
