Project Manager
Job Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and working closely with clinical staff, external customers, web and mobile software developers, and quality assurance testers within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Cook up internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Define the project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
- Develop and manage sustainment project plans that establish scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Cook up with internal and external team members. Clarify requirements to ensure project execution according to plan. Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage external vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle. Lead contracting and project execution, ensuring accountability and project delivery according to time, scope, budget, and quality
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Cook up across global enterprise to deliver quality products
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in project and product management
- Proficient in project life cycle from initiation through closure
- A solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, product development and change management
- Demonstrated progressive experience in managing projects
- Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience in using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Proficiencies include a solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, product development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is preferred

While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000-$130,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant.
