Project Manager

TSC’s Product Solutions (PS) Division is seeking a Project Manager based out of Huntsville, AL. The division provides products and services in radar, communication systems, sensors, antennas, and other electronics systems to the rocket/missile, radar/sensor system, communications, control systems, data acquisition, and signal processing markets. TSC has developed products ranging from board-level, application-specific designs to complete, turnkey radar and communication systems, and maintains a state-of-the-art hardware capability respected by government and industry customers.

About the role

Under the guidance of the Production Program Manager, the Project Manager will assist in virtually all areas of production management, including administrative tasks, supervision of production-related projects, and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, execution, and completion of efforts including procurement planning, schedule development, and other assigned tasks.
• Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders from different organizations, and leadership.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet objectives.
• Lead and manage small teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and productivity.
• Develop project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical field).
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition is a plus.
