About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team. This role sits between our internal creative and production teams and our clients, and is the lead point of contact on assigned projects and accounts, working across multiple clients. You will be responsible for ownership of your projects from brief to wrap, creating and maintaining schedules, managing all client communication and alignment, critical problem solving and ensuring that your team has what it needs to be successful every step of the way.

The ideal candidate for this position has good relevant experience, an outgoing personality and takes pride in always being two steps ahead.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for short-to-intermediate length projects
• Own status reports, scheduling and leading videoconferences, client coordination and follow-ups
• Execute campaigns across multiple platforms focused on influencer campaigns and native social media deliverables
• Act as a highly effective liaison between client and creative production team, interpreting and communicating strategic and tactical feedback
• Collaborate with creatives and understand the creative process
• Use technology aids to support planning, routing and collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer in an agency or in-house setting
• Natural leader with excellent motivation and conflict management skills
• Ability to own assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery against deadlines
• Proactive and available, adept at rolling with the punches of a project
• Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
• Ability to learn quickly and comfortable asking questions
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Familiar with production processes in video, print and digital workstreams and able to incorporate implications to schedule building and maintenance

Schedule

Hybrid position - in our Madison Square Park office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Pay

Role is $70,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience
