About the Role
The Pool Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees residential and commercial pool construction projects from contract execution through project completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of pool construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal crews.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor budgets, change orders, and project costs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Communicate project status with customers and company leadership.
- Resolve construction issues and scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements.
- Complete project documentation and closeout procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in pool construction, construction management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
