Key ResponsibilitiesLead contracted vendors and internal teams to achieve pilot project goals within constraintsAssist in developing future pilot project scope, budget, deliverables, milestones, roles, and value propositionCollaborate with partners to manage all phases of the project lifecycleRigorously manage scope and propose recommendations for adjustmentsProactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement mitigationsDevelop and manage project budget, forecast benefits, and reconcile expendituresCreate communication plans for stakeholder awareness and project updatesPublish status reports, proposals, documentation, and presentationsLeverage cross‑functional relationships for successful project completionMaintain awareness of greenhouse gas reduction technologies and emerging solutionsApply standards and best practices for expert project managementOptimize time to manage multiple initiatives with varying requirements simultaneously QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, environmental studies, engineering, or public policy5-10 years of project management experience in utility, energy, sustainability or related industryDirect experience with greenhouse gas emissions reduction calculations using GREET lifecycle assessment pathwaysExperience performing greenhouse gas calculationsExperience with the GREET model and lifecycle carbon intensity calculationsProject management experienceExperience working cross‑functionally and coordinating projects across teamsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Preferred SkillsExperience in carbon offsets and additional greenhouse gas emission reduction programs and calculations
