Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager supports student enrollment growth, retention, and enhances the student experience by leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating project delivery across the university.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed project plans with activities, timelines, and resource needs to meet objectives.
• Tracks progress, manages multiple projects, and adjusts tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Identifies and resolves obstacles, manages project teams, and facilitates effective communication among stakeholders.
• Provides input on resource utilization, coaches team members, and reports project status and issues.
• Ensures smooth implementation of projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of full lifecycle project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and manage resources effectively.
