Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale services program supporting regional Data Center Operations. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for operations leadership and be responsible for program governance, reporting, workforce coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison between operations leadership and the program delivery team, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead program governance, project planning, reporting cadences, and operational reviews to support successful program execution.
• Oversee program performance, workforce reporting, KPI tracking, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of Program Administrators while ensuring consistent delivery of administrative and operational support functions.
• Drive process improvements, standardize workflows, and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple data center locations.
• Monitor program health, identify opportunities for efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing programs, projects, operations, or enterprise support initiatives.
• Prior experience leading managed services, workforce operations, or large-scale operational programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience with reporting, metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and executive-level communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, IT operations, or other technical organizations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams or programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $39.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
